Settings (a flyout of Manage profile / Manage organization where both apply) and Invite members become rows beneath the organization list, and custom menu items join them. menuItemOrder orders that group. The trigger shows the lead's avatar alone at 20px, and the header's badged lead is 38px.

combinedmode with an active organization,UserButtonnow leads with the organization:The header no longer carries actions. For both
UserButtonandOrganizationSwitcher:customMenuItemsjoin that group, after the built-in rows, instead of sitting at the foot.menuItemOrderorders that group bysettings,inviteMembersand custom ids. The foot (Switch/Add account, Sign out) has a fixed order.manage.organizationSettings,manage.profileSettingsandmanage.accountlocalization keys are replaced bymanage.profile..cl-*-header-actionsanddata-layoutare gone from the header.Organizations are listed in the order the Frontend API returns them.
